The SmartRequisition module adds functionality that allows integration with most talent and recruiting solutions, thus automating the process of creating and modifying position/job data to fill and recruit.
The SmartRequisition module was designed for a managers and HR administrators to create new or fill existing position data and then automatically post to the talent and recruiting (ATS) module in a single step. An intuitive, guided process for users includes integration with PeopleSoft job or position Profile allowing position data, job data, compensation data, job requirements, certifications, job requirements, expected duties, etc to be created, edited and saved to the corresponding profile. With integration to various ATS systems, SmartRequisition will automatically create the job opening, thus reducing the number of transactions, approvals and manual data updates.
As with all PS WebSolution SmartForms, a Configuration & Administration Module (CAM) is utilized to provide details necessary to the Job Opening process, such as max headcount, segmentation rules, template rules as well as field mappings.
